Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Your privacy is important to us. Zutime ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Chrome Extension.

2. Data Collection

We believe the best way to protect your privacy is to not collect your data. Zutime does not transmit your calendar events, contacts, or meeting details to our servers.

All timezone calculations and data processing happen locally on your device.

3. License Verification

If you purchase a Pro license, we use the Gumroad API to verify your license key. When you click "Verify License", we send your license key to Gumroad to check its validity. No other personal data is sent.

4. Local Storage

We store your preferences (e.g., team members list, Quick Check locations, theme settings) in Chrome's storage.local API. This data stays in your browser and is synced across your devices if you have Chrome Sync enabled.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacy@zutime.app.
